We use drawing machines to draw to different thicknesses, such as BWG16, BWG18, BWG20, BWG22, BWG24, BWG26. Then go with heat treatment(annealing) and electro galvanizing.
After heat treatment, the iron wire will be the softest flexible, more shining. So that with high tensile strength more corrosion resistance.
In short, Galvanized binding iron wire has two surface treatments: electro galvanized and hot-dipped galvanized. The material of Galvanized wire is a Q195 low carbon wire rod.
