Scope of Support
This is a factory shipping-capability page, not a general freight-forwarding service. Our responsibility is to prepare the confirmed nail order, coordinate loading and provide the agreed records for handover under the sales contract.

Order-to-Loading Workflow
The exact record set is agreed before production. This prevents a buyer from expecting documents or photographs that were not included in the order plan.
Product, specification, finish, quantity, packing, destination and agreed trade terms.
Confirm inner pack, master carton, label, shipping mark, pallet and OEM artwork.
Complete the agreed product and packing checks before cargo is released for loading.
Review gross weight, carton dimensions, SKU mix, pallet choice and loading sequence.
Check the accessible loading area and container condition before cartons enter.
Load by the confirmed plan and record carton, pallet or package quantities as agreed.
Record the agreed closing and seal information, then coordinate the document and cargo handover.
Shipment Planning
Steel nails are dense cargo. Container planning must consider gross weight as well as carton volume, SKU mix, pallet weight and the booking instructions supplied for the route. The best choice cannot be decided from cubic metres alone.

Planning note: We do not publish a universal “tons per container” promise. The permitted payload, road limits, packaging weight, pallets, product mix and carrier instructions must be checked for the actual booking.

Yes. We can prepare bulk nail orders for FCL or LCL sea-freight handover. The suitable option depends on order weight, volume, packing, route and the forwarder's quotation.
Mixed sizes or products can be reviewed according to the quantity per SKU, production plan, packing compatibility and loading requirements. Send the complete item list for feasibility confirmation.
Loading photos and agreed order records can be planned before production. Tell us the required views, references and document format so the scope can be confirmed with the order.
Our regular quotation is FOB. Destination import clearance, duties, local charges and final delivery should be confirmed by the buyer with the appointed forwarder or customs broker.
Send the nail product, specification, quantity, packing method and destination or loading-port requirement. OEM artwork, pallets, mixed SKUs and inspection requirements should also be stated.
